We are grateful to the following organisations for their generous donations of financial support and/or items for the library and our repair cafes:
- Oxford Brookes University
- The Children’s Allotment
- Oxfordshire County Council
- Oxford City Council
- Wolfson College, Oxford
- Orinoco, Oxford
- Oxford University Sustainability team
We are also supported by the CAG network, Oxfordshire, and we would like to acknowledge help and support we had from the London Library of Things and SHARE Frome (who allowed us to copy their name too) in turning the idea of a Library of Things in Oxford from the idea into a reality.
We also appreciate the support of everyone else who has kindly donated items to the Library of Things – we couldn’t do it without you!

Community Action Groups Oxfordshire, for setup support and guidance, and a 2021 grant of £7,500 to develop our Library of Things and support with launching three more in Oxfordshire.

Oxford City Council, for COVID relief funding which allowed us to hire our first staff member and CIL funding which purchased our cargo bike and thermal imaging cameras.

Oxfordshire County Council for funding the CAG Library of Things pilot project, advice and promotion from the Waste and Recycling team to help us develop our Library of Things

National Lottery Community Fund, for a £9,000 grant in 2021 for developing our digital offering and promoting SHARE Oxford.

Network For Social Change, for a £7,3000 grant in 2019 for business development, which supported planning, partnerships and structuring our organisation.
